山東省國際招標有限公司成立于1999年5月，是專業(yè)從事國際國內(nèi)招標采購全過程代理的國有控股服務(wù)型企業(yè)。
公司注冊資本800萬元人民幣，擁有的各類資格資質(zhì)如下：
1、建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的甲級工程招標代理機構(gòu)資格；
2、財政部頒發(fā)的甲級政府采購代理機構(gòu)資格；
3、國家發(fā)改委頒發(fā)的暫定級中央投資代理機構(gòu)資格；
4、建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的乙級工程造價咨詢資質(zhì)；
5、山東省計委批準的國內(nèi)招標代理資格；

公司業(yè)務(wù)范圍涵蓋了建設(shè)工程類、政府采購類、利用外資和企業(yè)自主采購類。已完成的項目涉及工程設(shè)計、土建施工、道路建設(shè)、建筑物改造及維修、裝飾裝修、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程、建筑智能化、空調(diào)、電梯、消防工程、體育場館、建筑材料、電力線纜、農(nóng)用PVC管材、工業(yè)設(shè)備、物探設(shè)備、醫(yī)療設(shè)備、檢驗檢測設(shè)備、計算信息系統(tǒng)集成、機房工程、電子監(jiān)理、軟件開發(fā)、系統(tǒng)維保、辦公設(shè)備、辦公用品、第三方服務(wù)等諸多領(lǐng)域，多年來積累了多方面的豐富寶貴經(jīng)驗。截止2022年底，公司完成項目中標金額超3000億元。
近五年來山東省內(nèi)唯一一家具有國際金融組織及世行、亞行貸款項目招標采購代理業(yè)績的機構(gòu)。
公司在山東省內(nèi)設(shè)立了22個分公司，并在新疆、西藏、福建、黑龍江、內(nèi)蒙古、山西、河北、青海等地設(shè)立分支機構(gòu)，業(yè)績遍布全國。

The registered capital of the company is RMB 8 million yuan, the company has the following qualifications:
1. Grade A Qualification of Project Bidding Agency issued by the Ministry of Construction;
2. Grade A Qualification of Government Procurement Agency issued by the Ministry of Finance;
3. The Preliminary Qualification of the Bidding Agency for the Projects invested by the Central Government issued by the National Development and Reform Commission;
4. Grade B Qualification of engineering cost consulting enterprise issued by the Ministry of Construction;

The scope of business of SDITC covers construction project procurement, government procurement, foreign investment procurement and enterprise independent procurement. SDITC has completed a variety of projects in diverse fields such as engineering design, civil engineering, road construction, building renovation and redevelopment, fitment and decoration, Steel structure construction, building intelligent system project, air conditioner, elevator and auxiliary engineering, fire protection engineering, stadium construction project,building materials, power cables, agricultural PVC pipes, industry equipment, geophysical exploration equipment, medical equipment, testing equipment, computer information system integration, computer engineering, electronic supervision, software development, system maintenance, office equipment, office supplies and third-party service,etc. It has accumulated the valuable experience for the promotion of our company's business. By the end of 2022,according to the statistics, the contract amount signed through the bidding and tendering process of the company's agent has exceeded RMB 300 billion yuan.
Currently, we are the only bidding and tendering agency in Shandong Province with outstanding performance for the bidding projects that based on the loan projects of International Financial Organization, the World Bank and Asian Development Bank in recent five years.
SDITC has established 22 branches in Shandong Province，And the company established branches in Xinjiang, Tibet, Fujian, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei, Qinghai and other places. The projects has spread all over the country and achieved extraordinary performance.
